Skilled Gardener / Fencing Operative – Full Time
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working Gardener / Fence Installer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our growing team.
Duties include installation and maintenance of:
Fencing and gates (repairs and new installs)
Lawn care (mowing, edging, basic preparation)
General garden maintenance and tidy-ups
Small landscaping projects (excluding driveways)
Other garden and landscaping projects
All work must be completed to a high professional standard.
This role suits someone who:
Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
Can work efficiently without supervision
Is reliable, punctual, and professional with clients
Wants the opportunity to earn more through performance-based pay
Landscape Labourer / Improver – Full Time
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working labourer with previous landscaping experience to support our site teams.
Duties include assisting with:
Fencing and lawn installations
Gardening
General site preparation and clear-down
A strong entry role with clear progression for the right person.
Team Leader / Site Supervisor
A senior, hands-on role for experienced operatives ready to step up.
Lead gardening and fencing jobs on site
Manage 1–3 operatives daily
Maintain quality, safety, and presentation
Communicate progress and issues clearly
Eligible for profit-based incentives
Sales & Marketing Lead (Inbound)
A key office-based growth role.
Handle inbound enquiries (no cold calling)
Qualify leads, book surveys, and close work
Manage social media posting and Google Business Profile
Drive review generation
Run and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads
Track leads, costs, and conversion performance
Profit-linked incentives apply
Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager
Schedule jobs and manage capacity
Coordinate materials and logistics
Control job flow from sale to completion
Reduce downtime, errors, and inefficiencies
