Workmanship Guarantee — 12 Months

We guarantee all installation workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This covers:

Defects in installation

Loose or improperly fixed fence panels, posts or gates

Issues resulting from poor construction techniques

If an issue arises due to workmanship within this period, we will repair or rectify it at no cost.

What’s not covered:

Damage caused by external factors (e.g. storms, high winds, falling trees, ground movement)

Misuse, alterations or accidental damage after installation

Lack of proper maintenance (e.g. failure to oil gate hinges)

Jacksons Fencing Guarantee — 25 Years

Where Jacksons Fencing products are supplied and installed by us, your fencing is protected by their 25-year manufacturer-backed rot and insect damage guarantee (subject to their terms).

You’ll receive official documentation upon installation to register your Jacksons guarantee.

Other Materials

We only use trusted, high-quality suppliers. Any other timber or garden products used may carry manufacturer warranties, which will be passed to you where applicable. Ask us at the time of quote if you’d like full product specification details.

Important Notes

Warranties are only valid when full payment has been received.

Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos and a clear description of the issue.

We reserve the right to inspect the issue before agreeing to any repairs.
