Creative Scapes Terms & Conditions

1. General

By using our services or requesting a quote from Creative Scapes Fencing & Gardening Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the terms set out below. These apply to all fencing, gardening, landscaping and maintenance services we provide throughout Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Prices may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g. underground obstructions, access issues, etc).

Acceptance of a quote confirms your agreement to the outlined works and these terms.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required before scheduling work. This secures materials and a job start date.

Full payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

Late payments may incur interest charges in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your job.

Deposits may be non-refundable if significant materials have already been purchased or if work was booked at short notice.

5. Access & Site Conditions

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure we have clear, safe access to the work area.

Delays due to restricted access may result in additional charges.

6. Materials & Guarantees

We use only high-quality, trade-grade materials, including Jacksons Fencing with a 25-year rot guarantee (where specified).

Guarantees do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, severe weather, or ground movement beyond our control.

7. Waste Disposal

All green waste, fencing debris and site rubbish will be cleared unless otherwise agreed.

Disposal is included in your quote unless stated.

8. Weather Delays

Outdoor work is subject to weather. We’ll keep you informed of any delays and reschedule as soon as safely possible.

9. Communication

We pride ourselves on clear communication, from first contact to job completion.

We may contact you by phone, text or email with updates, quotes or appointment confirmations.

10. Marketing & SMS

By entering your contact details on our site or quote form, you agree to receive occasional updates, offers or customer service messages via SMS or email.

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

11. Complaints & Disputes

If you are not satisfied, please notify us immediately.

We aim to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

If unresolved, disputes may be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection law.

12. Liability

We hold full Public Liability Insurance for all works carried out.

We are not liable for pre-existing issues or damages caused by third parties or conditions outside of our control.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
